Interest IQ Booking Terms
These terms apply to requests for Interest IQ in-home mortgage education sessions.
Booking requests
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee or confirm an appointment. We will contact you to confirm a suitable time, location and service availability before your visit.
Price and payment
There is no upfront fee and no fixed session price. Following your in-home session, you choose how much to pay based on the value you believe you received. Any contribution you choose is in Australian dollars and is GST-inclusive where GST applies.
What's included
A face-to-face explanation of how mortgage interest works, illustrations of possible time and interest savings, and guidance on interpreting the calculator scenarios. Follow-up phone or email support is available for questions about the concepts and calculations covered in your session. Follow-up support does not include credit advice or ongoing loan management.
Service area and availability
Sessions are offered in Brisbane and surrounding areas subject to availability. Any proposed travel conditions will be disclosed and agreed before confirming a booking; no travel fee applies unless expressly agreed in advance.
Rescheduling and cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as practicable. There is no automatic cancellation fee. We may need to reschedule if travel, illness or other circumstances prevent the visit.

Results are estimates, not guaranteed savings. Confirm rates, fees, lender rules and any proposed changes with your lender or an appropriately licensed professional before acting.
