Interest IQ's calculators and in-home sessions are about understanding how mortgage interest works. If you're considering refinancing or changing your loan, we can also help you request an introduction to a licensed mortgage broker.

How Interest IQ is paid: We may receive a share of the licensed broker's commission if a loan resulting from our referral settles. You don't pay Interest IQ a separate referral fee. The referral is optional, and you do not have to apply for a loan.

What happens next?

With your permission, we pass your information to a licensed broker after you submit the form. Interest IQ will first notify you of the broker’s details and request your confirmation before sharing your form. The broker can then contact you and explain their licensing information. Interest IQ does not assess your eligibility, compare loan products for you, or recommend that you refinance.
